    Fill Me In

    I can't read your mind,
but I definitely want to help.
    Are you only about you,
    and would you like to
    help yourself?
    Well, go ahead -
    I'll wait here.
    I'll try to endure
    your blank stares.
    I'll encourage myself
that it no longer stinks here,
    even if it does.
    I'm not into what was.
What is - is my concern,
    and that's my latest buzz.
    If it's unpopular with you
then I'll hope that you change.
I can deal with the ridicule,
and the feel that I'm strange.
    I am, I'm different -
    this is my only deliverance,
    so don't shut me out
    too quickly.
    Come on,
    let me in.

yeah when i don't talk i guess this is the way i make people feel.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
