    Fire Flys

    What can I do?
    There's so much to say
    And very little time
    Before you walk away

    The city streets
    Light up the night
Can't even see the fire flys

    What can I do?
    Run away?
Go to a different place, so
    I can see fire flys?

But how would I tell you goodbye?
Do I get up and leave?
    Walk away?
    Forget everything that you say?

    What can I do?
I want to see fire flys

The firefly's are dead in North Texas. Like the poem, remember them as a child.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
