What is freedom?
Is it the capability
To do what one wants
Without fear of punishment?
Or the responsibility of wisdom?
What is wisdom?
Is it the gift of knowledge?
Or the gift of knowledge
For knowing how to apply knowledge?
What is knowledge?
Is it a collective database
Of endless facts?
Or is it understanding?
What is understanding?
Is it acceptance? Yes.
Acceptance is responsibility,
And so is freedom.
If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
