He's Mine

He's Mine

He's Mine

I wanna forget...

What I've done to you...

You've forgiven me countless times...

But why?

Your love is greater than any other in existence.

Someone would remind you of all my wrongs.

But you say "She is mine, and I am hers,

it doesn't matter what she did."

You make sure I never stayed away from you.

When I wander on my own and get loss,

you make sure I find my way back to YOU!

Someone reminded me of all my sins and I say...

"He is mine, and I am his, it doesn't matter what I did."

(To the love of my life...GOD)

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
