Queen of My Block
When I walk by a green light, all the cars stop.
Forgetting why they were rushing, they start reminiscing over me.
Loving the way I talk, loving the way I hold down my block.
Going to see how much praise I can recieve, I walk slowly
just to see who would bow down to me.
Knowing that i’m just 16, grown men ask me to concieve.
They want a son who can conquer all royalty like me.
Yea, let me check my facebook, my myspace, o dang, I don’t got a myspace,
let me check my twitter to see how much praise I’ve recieved.
I look on the screen and see 1,000 notifications and 830 new followers.
Yea, I don’t follow they follow me.
Boyz comment on photo’s just to tell me how sexy I be.
They be like “Yea your name Princess but your truely Queen of all royalty.”
Zero following, but 5,000 following me.
You say “who do she believe to be?”. HUH, well…
My name is Princess and I’m the Queen of my block.
I don’t let people tell me who I’m not.
Yea, I do have a king and his name is GOD.
Everybody praises and worships him, but everybody follows me.
One more thing…….
only in my dreams, I’m the Queen of my block.
To tell you the truth,
when I walk the streets, no on recognizes me.
100 following, but 5 following me.
Only in Gods eye’s…
I’m the Queen of all royalty
