Vicious Circles
I feel and yet I don't
I was but now I'm lost
I am and yet I'm not
I was loved or so I thought
He sees me and yet he don't
He loves me and yet he won't
He desires me and yet he can't
He denied me, and Broke my Heart.
Vicious Circles
I feel and yet I don't
I was but now I'm lost
I am and yet I'm not
I was loved or so I thought
He sees me and yet he don't
He loves me and yet he won't
He desires me and yet he can't
He denied me, and Broke my Heart.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.
Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
