    In All Honesty

    Dreams are broken everyday

It seems mine only last one breath

Before tested by the harsh rays of reality

Hope floats some say, but I doubt its distance

As another bites the dust despite its resistance

Jagged and broken the remains land somewhere beneath my feet

Atop of the pile of floatless hopes popped in previous defeat

I watch in sadness though dreams don't matter much

Without a plan to carry out the action

Yet so many have a dream then relish in satisfaction

Although their efforts lack the passion to see it thru

Then empty minds cause empty palms

Facing up in confusion for work to do

The reality is that we cause our own poverty

Though most try to blame everyone but self

Yet in all honesty we don't want to work

We want to be handed wealth

Very very nice and very honest. Good visual images delivered in a subtle not too preachy format.
