    In The Arms Of Heaven

The sky grew dark above me
Dark clouds brought on by despair
This day I felt like giving up
But a whisper filled the air
God said: “If you feel troubled
Or life’s burdens bring you down
The path feels narrow, I’ll help you walk
    The *SKULL* awaits my Crown.”
    Tattered robe upon his shoulders
Crown of Thorns upon his head
The Cross he drags bears all our sins
I watched his tears turn red
I thought I knew how to forgive
    But Jesus paid it all
And when he died at Calvary
The price I paid felt small
So now I get on bended knee
Look to the Lord with prayer
You’ll find his arms are open wide
There’s no sin he won’t bear
I’m in the Arms of Heaven
Arms are open wide for me
He took my sin and bore it all
Gave his life so I might see
I thank my Savior every day
    For blessings in my life
Like work, health, and most of all
    My children, and my wife.

    *( Matt. 27:33 )

I thank you lord for your many blessings; I thank you Lord, for the roof over my head, the close on my back, and the food in my stomach. And I must thank you, for allowing myself, and my loves ones, to walk in your grace, mercy, love, light, and protection each and everyday, and so forth. I know without your word, and my faith, I would have nothing, and I’ll never take your love for granted Lord. All I ask is you grant mercy upon my soul, for I know not what I do during these troubling times. Help me so I may receive your blessings, and so I may better myself, so I may remain in mercy for the rest of my days Heavenly father. And all I ask is you bless me, bless my love one’s abundantly, and protect us from those who would do us harm, protect us from those who would lie to us, steal from us, and those who are miss guided by the devil to leave us in disarray! And in the name of the Father, Sun, and Holy Spirit, I rebuke you Satan and all your Demons, from causing me harm, and my love one’s harm, I cast you back to the depths of Hell were you derive, so you may return to cause no one harm, this I command in the name of the Father, Sun, and Holly Spirit Amen. A stand of faith written with Thankfulness! Content good, meter shaky in places.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.
