In your existence
They say misery loves company,
this I deem true
Especially when you can’t explain,
why you feel the way you do.
Trying to make you happy
Has become such a task
Now in your existence
I wear the misery mask
I fight with the inner me
Trying to decide whether to go or stay
You say that you love me,
But I don’t think you do
The decision is becoming clearer,
with each and every day.
I asked my Father up above,
and he said to move away.
I wish it could be different,
although I know that it can’t.
because in your existence
There is no more space.
So move on I shall
For my struggle is over
I will live for my father
Until this life is over.
this I deem true
Especially when you can’t explain,
why you feel the way you do.
Trying to make you happy
Has become such a task
Now in your existence
I wear the misery mask
I fight with the inner me
Trying to decide whether to go or stay
You say that you love me,
But I don’t think you do
The decision is becoming clearer,
with each and every day.
I asked my Father up above,
and he said to move away.
I wish it could be different,
although I know that it can’t.
because in your existence
There is no more space.
So move on I shall
For my struggle is over
I will live for my father
Until this life is over.
