JOURNEY

In between black and white
lies gray
an area of floating indecision
of fluctuating thought
with fleeting mindless moments
weaving in and out
among thick foggy mists
it is the middle ground
insolation against intense reflection
a bleak landscape
without coloration
devoid of beautys hand

On lifes pathway
we are tested
emotions are innate
to the human condition
through peaks and valleys
from bright light
and deep shadows
to realms of strength
and fortitude
gleaming in the minds eye
life is meant to be lived
to the fullest

Beyond limitations
of the physical being
the soul awaits
its chance to shine
choice remains
merely an arms length away
speak well in even tones
your voice will be heard
your song will be sung
no hesitation
in forwards motion

The rainbow road
now widens
embrace it
with eager anticipation
become immersed
in its colors and brightness
as joy pervades the air
and new horizons beckon
move ahead
to the mystery revealed
basque in your uniqness
as the universe
awaits.
