    Living the Life

I live the life of luxery.
    I'm rich, I'm happy, I'm in love.
In truth, I am what I am not.
    I haven't gotten enough.

    I don't live in a manson.
    I don't live in a house.
I don't live in an apartment.

Instead, I live, In a life
of love, and friendship for eternity.
You can cut the meat with the knife,
    but you can't cut Tranquility.

    Old as the druids
    In the Sacred Forest,
    We are one and all.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
