    MoViiN' Mountains

[Moving Mountains] Each day the pain escalades to unhuman proportions. I feel like a baby put up for abortion. I try to move past, but its impossible [Moving Mountains]. When i begin to move, my foot slips, I try to pick it up and move, but i'm paralyzed. This is too much for me to bear. People seem as if they don't care.. But if they don't fine.. I guess this is my mountain and i'll move it alone

Nice poem a bit sardonic . I forget time and again to check spelling and grammar when I write but it makes it a little hard for the reader. Did you mean the pain escalates? I was confused because Escalade is the scaling of fortified walls using ladders and that would be a very interesting idea in regards to your prose. All in all I found it very moving. I think it's a ten.

Thank You SOO much for you input! You're helping me become the writer i want to be.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
