    my family stinks

My sister talks to her teddy bear
    my mom cooks dinner
my dad reads the daily news
    my brother slaps me across
    I know my family stinks

They chew with there mouths open
my brother throughs me off my chair
mom goes and get's changed for work
    my sister cries to much
    I know my family stinks

my dad sit's around watching the history channel
my brother takes me to clean the dogs
my sister follows and falls to her butt
    I know my family stinks

my dogs are german shepards who like to jump
they poop all the time and get realy dirty
they have to be cleaned almost every week
I know my loving chaotic family stinks

My family stinks too. I like your poem a lot. It has character, and it shows character. I hope to read more...Elke

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
