    My Head Hangs Low

    My head hangs low
I feel sorrow and God knows my soul
    My head hangs low
    I know I must go

    My Head hangs low
There is a place with peace
It can take away all my grief
This disease that is killing my soul

    My head hangs low
I wave good bye to all my loved ones
I feel alone as time goes by
    My head hangs low
I know where my soul shall go

    My head hangs low
I must leave and say good bye
It is time for my flesh to die
My soul will soar the sky
Taking my flight to the world above
    Please friends do not cry
I am free and ready to fly with my head held high

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
