Nightmares
To wake up
After a nightmare's toll
Is bliss.
At least the thought
Of freedom
From the clout of the unreal;
But only for a while...
Reality bites
Far deeper than nightmares.
Nightmares
To wake up
After a nightmare's toll
Is bliss.
At least the thought
Of freedom
From the clout of the unreal;
But only for a while...
Reality bites
Far deeper than nightmares.
Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
Plato (BC 427-BC 347) Greek philosopher.
