    Poem Commentary

    This was inspired by my good friend Joylnn Grady. She told me "Don't ask questions there are no answers to", I'm glad to say that helped.
    June 14th, 2009

    No reason why

     I ask these questions
    Pain and heartbreak
    She told me "there are no answers"
    How could love be so fake

    You drove the ambition
    And made my heart race
    How could I have loved you
    And put my heart at stake

    Here I am, writing more poetry
    What a waste of time
    Your face comes and disappears
    With each and every rhyme

    How could I have believed
    In you and me
    It's time to let go
    And set my heart free
