Biography
My name is Cassius D McPherson I write from my soul my life has had its ups and downs
Yet with Christ I have prevailed. I’m a recovering addict I’ve been in treatment more
Than once. So recovery is not new to me.
I fought in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Was injured during a mortar attack.
I’m now a disabled vet I’ve been writing since I could pick up a pencil.
I am 45yrs. old born and raised in Chicago now living in St Louis
My poetry is a passion filled with paragraphs of emotions feelings and pain.
When I write I’m soul searching it’s a gathering of nouns pronouns verbs adverbs
And any other type of word meant to touch the soul open the heart and ease the mind
