Put a Smile on Your Face
You just failed a test, but you passed the class.
Your grandpa just died, then you had your first child.
You get kicked out of your basement apartment and move into a more spacious first floor.
Everything happens for a reason and karma is a bitch,
But when one door closes a window opens and all you have to do climb out.
You get fired from your dead-end job and study your way into your favorite career.
Your mother is mad at you today and shows you how much she really loves you tomorrow.
You lose a boyfriend and make two great new best friends forever.
It's far too ironic when good things happen to pessimists, or is it that they just see it that way?
why is it that you plan for a year what you wind up doing in three months?
Someone loses faith while someone is confirmed.
Someone is hopeful that someone else doesn't lose hope.
Someone helps someone in need.
Someone makes more someones laugh so hard they cry.
Most of the time you worry, but most of the time you're fine.
So just put a smile on your face,
Because there is no need to whine.
