Rebirth

Emotional anchors weighing down barnacle encrusted wounds- Smoothed over by salted aquamarine waters; harboring scars from surfacing too soon.    The white capped waves, constantly in motion, like the heart that beats within the womb........Cellular life embarks upon the journey of survival wonder- Forgetting the complacent security that it once knew.   Thrust among the cold, dark blue waters fighting constantly not to be consumed.-------------Thus begins the struggles of lifes' evolution, the mysteries that call to us still- To calm the seas; wash away the hurts that be, so we may emerge from shore to shore.....To let Mother Earth know we're not beached, nor strewn, or spewed from the oceans below..........Just evolving to a higher plateau

I really like this one, but then you know we both were always drawn to the sea, I love how you draw the comparison of the sea to the new awakening, this one is very good, you go girl!!

hm ... and interesting poem . I had a hard time following at fist because of th form it was posted in but all in all it has a good message . Evolution is constant and yes one day we rise from the waters and the earth to join a plateau much higher where we may look upon it all

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.

Plato (BC 427-BC 347) Greek philosopher.
