SCARS TO SONG

Poem Commentary

just a little something about the way my head, and my heart work

SCARS TO SONG

Tired and tormented
In letting shame beat me down
And all the time I've waisted
Laying battered on the ground
Now I'm picking up whats left of me
Even though I don't feel so strong
Cant let this fear control now
It's time to turn these scars to song

I so liked your poem. That you were weary yet used what little strenth you had to keep on going. Loved it.

Oh, baby, it hurts to read this and yet, your powerful energy is standing up and moving on. Bravo!

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
