Scattering of the Mausoleum

Scattering of the Mausoleum

Extraction of the delusion,
Hallowed ground abnormally positioned by the shade.
Blood drenched drapery, dripping with the tedious sighs of the breathing
Summer sweat drips down the brow
Blistering day for mourning in this,
The Mausoleum.

A stone, lashed, in apathy,
Rotates down the fruitful flamboyant knoll
Losing the balance between a sheet of twill and sludge
Porches produce the smell of cedar when the rain, reigns it all.

Repetitive thrashings until the emperor is dethroned
The silhouettes, resurrected to improvise the massacres
Brought back to the city, long ago, by a deity thirsting daisies.

Call it crazy, some know that you will,
Daisies provide delight in a theme of fatality.
They say, “Keep your seeds.”
Pleading, “give it one more day.”
It’ll all that will be desired, to restore the radiance in this,
The Mausoleum.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
