    Shackled

    Shackled down low
    Spreading my soul
    Wastimg away each day
    Wanting to hide away
    Reaching for solace
    Ending result is me
    Who can save a soul
    so full of clutter
    Giving faith a chance
    I will forever glance
    at the willful flower
    upon earths grace
    Appealing for a chance
    to appeal my case
    Give life a fighting chance
    Shackled down low
    Is far and in between

I like this poem... It's really inspiring. I read it like three times. It's how much I enjoyed it. Great Job

    Thank you!

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
