    Shape Today

The bards are standing on corners
    their voices silenced with pain
The Lords sit in their manses
    overconfident of their reign
    The mothers rock their babies
    never understanding why
    whenever they give comfort
    they cannot help but cry
    The world lives on oblivious
    to people and their woes
What has it to do with rise and fall
that's just the way it goes
