    It's the break of morning
    and you are racing around to get ready to enter the day
    but without taking the time to seek the Lord's face

    Slow down
    You"re moving too fast
    Take the time to pray

    It's noon
    As you speed along your way
    Without making a pit stop to fuel up on God's Word
    No wonder your problems are piling up so soon

    Slow down
    You're moving too fast
    Seek God's help before you loose control

    You thought you could zoom through the obstacles of the day
    Without receiving a scratch
    Until you spun out of control and smashed right into that unmoving wall

    You watched all your expectation for the day burn in the wreck
    that could have been avoided
    If you slowed down and took the time to seek God's face  through out the day
