    Snowed In

The snow keeps tunmbling down, it keeps me quietly in my place.
It continues to drift outsidw and affords me my personal space.

It forces me to just stay put, and focus on things at hand.
It keeps me from rushing off and travelling without a plan.

I usually put things off until tomorrow, perhaps the day after.....
The longer I procrastinate....the bigger my disaster.

So thank you for the snow, it allows me to focus and get things done.
It prevents me from running around, like a madman on the run.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
