Softly Sweetly

Softly Sweetly

Softly, Sweetly
Floating on the winds of the souls desire,
I hear its echoes though the hollows of my being.
Calling me into the depths of eternity,
The soft sweet crys of the night.
Echoes of dreams and loves long forgotten,
Hidden away in the depths of the soul.
Like the crys of the lark in the nights silence,
It washes through my being,
Freeing my spirit,
Entrancing my heart,
And captivating my mind.
It is the soft sweet nothingness of oblivion,
It is the music of the nights soul,
And softly , sweetly it lulls me into oblivion
