Tears of Light
With all the tears in heaven,
I shed this tear for you.
But Im not the only person,
your friends and family shed them to.
As you start your way to heaven,
a light of tears will shine,
and lift you up to heaven,
right before our eyes.
In all the years without you,
there will never be one time,
that we forget those tears of light
that lifted you up high.
As your final days draw closer
we will offer you a prayer,
that God might wait another night,
to lift you with our tears of light.
