The Beginning
Do you wanna hear a secret?This is just between me and you,
I am so angry and full of hate I don't know where to keep it,
I know it's wrong to hate but if you knew the whole story, if you only knew.
Let's start by going back five years ago,
To a time when I was young and I thought I knew everything,
I was dating this guy named Kevin, think you all should know,
The happiness and misery that this ONE guy would bring.
He and I went to the same school Peoria High,
It was then when I first fell in love,
He was romantic and sweet and he never made me cry,
He also had beautiful blues eyes like the sky up above.
He would tell me he loved me and would kiss me all the time,
He would bring me flowers and jewelery,
Everyday I would look at him and know he was mine,
But nothing lasts forever it all ended in misery.
Just one week after my eighteenth birthday,
He gave me news that I never wanted to hear,
He said he was leaving me for his ex and I didn't know what to say,
Then he left me alone in darkness and I couldn't help shedding a tear.
