    The Cherry Blossom Tree

    The cherry blossom tree

Among The Cherry Blossom Tree the sweetest birds do sing.
And nymphs of old do here them, and hearken to their call.
and with them bring the spring.

The Cherry Blossoms begin to bloom
    Upon the empty trees
The once barren land transforms and soon is  faerie room
So many are there on the Branch soon they must fall free.

    Landing lightley on ground
    They carpet the emerald grass.
The Cherry Blossoms make the land more beautiful then any faerie mound
More beautiful then anything could surpass
The sweetest Cherry Blossoms that any man has found

    As the Cherry Blossoms fall
The air turns sweet and calm
Turning the spring warmed earth into a glittering flowered hall
The sweetest scent envelopes you, making a soft and cloying balm.

    Soon the spring will fade
and cherry blossoms no longer fall
For they cannot fight as summer invades
No longer is there glistening faery hall
    But now an emarld glade.

    But do not fear
    Soon the blossom will return
    as spring draws near

I await Spring with you, oh typer of womanhood...

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
