    The Wonderfully Weird

I am walkin down a dirt road to nowhere,
I keep have visions of death and dispare,
There is no end to the madness that I feel,
You do not have my mind wrapped up,
but it is yours to steal.
Just as if I were talking to a stranger,
    you have decieved me again.
I am as lost on this road,
as i am in your mind.
I suddenly come to a clearing.
    The road ends.
I see how all my hopes and dreams
    are slowly coming together.
If for one second I could get you off my mind,
I might choose the right path.
I walk around in he open space,
    forgetting not my place.
I have seen things in my life
but nothing like what I have seen
when I look into your eyes.
    I can't go any farther,
    my legs are weak.
    My feet are bricks
and my head is a broken heart.
I wake up in the woods.
    How did I get here?
    It doesn't matter.
My feet begin to lead me.
    They are telling me something.
I will follow them to anywhere.
That is when I notice a strange voice.
It is saying, follow your heart to something dear,
it maybe strange but wonderfully weird.
When the journey ends, look to your side,
your dreams of lonelyness have all but died.
In a flash you'll be back on top,
living your life as you see fit.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
