    Thinking Of Us

I wish that you were touching me
    Slowly, roughly, kissing
    Breathing deep, rapid heart beats
Touching the depths of my soul
    Feeling like your at home
In our own sea of pain
Never knew a love like this
Even better than your first kiss
My lips made just for you
My hips move to your beat
    Fitting perfectly
in the palm of your hands
Making love on a bed of white sand
Blue water crashing at our feet
    It was destiny...that we meet
Without you my life is incomplete

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
