    Till I get there
    A penny here
    A dime there
    My dollar I make
    I 'll save my dimes
    one day I'll get a dollar
    even my pennies
    one day, would give me a dollar
    my house, they'll build

    " Nothing is impossible "
    a song my father sang
    fly if you can
    I would walk
    because I can't
    I'll make it steady
    one day I'll meet you there

    Say your sentence in a wink
    I don't care
    I'll stutter
    Someday I'll say it better than you
    If I fell
    I would get up
    come tomorrow
    you won't meet me here
    I would take a step at a time
    my strides, steady
    until my good turns better
    and my better turns best

    gbenga you are the bomb! i like the ryhtm and the style of your poem. Mind you, i'm not being sentimental about the naija blood. i'm real about how you write. But I'm scared of the confidentiality of this poems on this site and thats why i've not posted. Gist me! Keep up your writing!
