tribute to my mentors

i remember when i was sitting there
bored but still listening to the teacher
making some naughty things with my classmates
but at the end, we all laugh at it

the long way of college now come to an end
we have to get our diploma there upstairs
say tribute to our dear mentors
saying goodbye to our alma mater dear

now it's not been this easy
just to let go of the memories
college life had been so colorful
with friends and classmates who had been so wonderful

though it's hard to walk away
but we should take another way
to conquer our fears & find answers
to all the questions we want hear

i salute to you dear teachers
for you i offer this cheers
for all the patience and understanding
i will say thank you, without an ending

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
