    UNDER THE MOONS SPELL

HIS  MUSIC RANG IN THE NEW YEAR,
    WHO COULD TELL,
    BEFORE LONG, THEY WOULD BE
    UNDER THE MOONS' SPELL

SOON HIS DRUM BEAT, TO HER,WOULD CHIME LIKE BELLS.   BEFORE LONG, HE WOULD BEUNDER THE MOON'S SPELL

THEN, THE TOTAL ECLISPE,WHEN THEY BOTH FELL,
NEITHER KNOWING THEY WERE UNDER THE MOON'S SPELL
    THEIR FEELINGS, SO REAL.
THEIR INTENTIONS,  MEANT WELL.NOT KNOWING HOW POWERFUL IT IS, UNDER THE MOON'S SPELL.

Ms. Skipper, The magnetism of that moon spell is alluring. I am happy that you have met this drummer. My son is also a drummer. ginga

    thanks, glad you enjoyed

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
