    Wandering Hearts

    The souls wander looking;
    for that one to spend the night..

    Everyone here is a lost heart;
    stating their plight..

    We all are salesmen;
    trying to make that sale..

    Too many miles on the heart;
    eyes tell the story..

    Hearts looking to be held;
    for one more night..

    When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
