When One Says to Another

When one says to another

Life is what it will be

 I say

Life is what you express

My expression is of death

Life alludes my sensuous

Worldly I live

In unbelief

My movement

Faith I’ve seen

I lurk

I follow

I believe

My Christ

He died

For me

 For us

  Ask a question

Believe

  Response

From Him

 Why

I ask

I have love

It is undying

Dying

 Well be gone

 Be gone in him.

Great!! I love reading the work of other believers... I believe it was the apostle Paul who said.... To live is Christ, and to die, is gain.... I like this one too... keep writing what you're inspired to write... in you heart, by our faithful, loving, all knowing, omnipotent God.

I enjoyed this piece also your standpoint evades me just a bit however. lol! I'm left slightly unsure if you have a strong faith in God or are questioning it. I like the beginning how you express how some people basically feel life is just what it is; but you feel it's more what they express perhaps maybe what they make of it that counts. Sorry if I've totally missed the point. I really did enjoy this piece.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
