    What is life for?
    I ask this everyday
    I'm always wanting more

    What has life become?
    I ask this everyday
    I always feel numb

    Why a I here?
    I ask this everyday
    my life is controlled by fear

    Who am I?
    I ask this everyday
    getting ready to die

    Why do I cut myself?
    I ask this everyday
    I have been put on the highest shelf

    Why do i have depression?
    I ask this everyday
    its an obsession

    Why do i think about suicide?
    I ask this everyday
    because i don't have an angel by my side.

    Lovely piece about depression and how to cope. Suggestions would be a daily vitamin, some sort of light and color in your day everyday, avoid sweets unless its a special occasion, increase your protein intake. Talk to a counselor or join a group for depression, or sexual abuse. This can help even if to just be there for others going through the same thing. Volunteer at a women's shelter, or a church just some ideas. Write on....

    All Angels aren't good and does not have a spiritual body. Some have no wings and walk amongst us everyday in the hearts and minds of man. God sends His angels to protect the Saints and Sinners alike.
