With A Little Luck
With A Little Luck
I have rubbed my lamp until it shines brighter than the sun and still no Ginni. I have tossed all my coins into the well and I am left wishing. I have wished upon every falling star and absolutely nothing so far.
I haven’t won the lottery or any sweepstakes. I couldn’t even win a coin toss if I had a two-headed coin. Could it be possible that my ship that hasn’t come in yet, sank? Don’t you have to be lucky first before your luck runs out?
It never hurts to have hope; so I will keep searching for that four leaf clover. Even though the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow may be a long way off; I will still enjoy the beauty of the rainbow.
There comes a time when we have to realize that we have to make our own good fortune. May we all have the good sense to know when that time is. And may there be enough magic inside us to hold onto to all the treasures that we might discover.
