Yet To Happen #1

We flew a kite
let it go when it got
really high
watched it drift and soar
the building surrounding
the park
leaning over
watching us release the kite
spring breeze
carried it far from us
a red and yellow tailed dot
sailing away

We held hands
screaming loudly
as we rolled down a
large hill

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
