A Texas Star
This glorious beautiful day has endedI looked upon the evening setting sun
gazing into the eyes of a lovely woman
who,s loving heart i pray I,ve won.
I look into her eyes of kindness
feeling the aura of her soul
holding her hand and kissing her heart
in return again my heart made whole.
I know await the morning rising sun
and a dream that awaits my heart
setting in a field of colorful wild flowers
with the special one who stole my heart.
