alone i stand
no one around
no one to care
do i even think about the lonlieness im feeling
the path i take is long and dark
i must go, there's no other way
no turning back now
i walk this path wondering, is anyone at the end
do i keep going or do i give up? questions unanswered
i go, alone, its cold here, i feel numb
is there light, where has it gone
do i even remember what it feels, to be in the warmth of the light
memories fading, feelings dying, til i dont remember and i dont feel
the pain on this journey i take breaks me down peice by peice
i have only but one of two choices
continue or give up................
i continue the long dark path still wondering
is there light at the end
