Ashes To Ashes
standing alone, hollowed soul
gazing at the sun.....
no one to bother, no one to speak
for you are the stronger and they are the weak....
you look to the sun, as if for an answer
you seek truth, you seek faith
and find none...
your getting closer, rising up toward the sun
as it grows hotter you pay no mind.....
for it is too late....you've already gone too far...
the hotter it is...the more it burns...
do not cry, do not shout....
it will all be over soon....
closer and closer....hotter and hotter....
light fades....sound is silenced
numbed by the heat...you fade away
til your gone................
ashes to ashes....dust to dust
