Are You Man Enough for Me?

    You changed my locks
    You dirty mother fucker!
So you say, 'I might continue to find unpleasant surprizes when I fail to come home at night."

So you say..Yet, you don't come home...
You fail to answer your phone.
Yet you have no explaining to do.
I have to answer to you.
Yet you fail to see why you have to answer to me.
    So I ask...

Are you really man enough for me?
Do you trust it when I say, You're my only love?
Do you have the confidence when I say," You and you alone are in my heart."
Do you not see how I cry for you.
How I long for you at night.
How I obsess for you each day.
How I dream of you day and night.
Are you not man enough for me?
Why can't you see, Why can't you see.
You're just not man enough for me.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
