Dark Desire

    Dark Desire

As I walk through the shadows
    of these darkened streets.
I feel your eyes upon me
    watching and waiting.

Will you take me this time
or do I have to come to you?
I feel your eyes burn into me
    as you answer my question.

I walk up the steps of a dark house
as I open the door I am enveloped.
Your waiting for me this time
and this is where it ends.

    I awake in your bed
but of course your gone already.
And this is how it goes
    you watching and me waiting.

not bad, butt watch your spelling,ok to to to ?

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
