cool breezes usher bringing forth the night
distant darkness explodes blanketing the light
heavy fog rolls in smothering the ground
an erie yet pleasent silence i have found

in the silence my own heart beat i can hear
a sense of peace from the night that i never fear
the warmth of my life course through my veins
the feeling of serinity i can not explain

i glance up and see the moon resting above
gazeing down at me as if it were my true love
the stars are like shackles locked to my soul
the darkness has once again taken control

this guidence of the dark i dare not shun
for i have waited for it, it has begun
the shadows retreat into the saftey of walls
it finnaly is here my companion my love
