    Darkness to Light
    As darkness turns to light
    my heart seems to take flight
    I see you standing there with a smile
    To be with you I would walk an endless mile
    As the light warms the air
    I feel free without a care
    My soul is flying its flying free
    This is where I truly want to be
    Standing on a grassy hillside feeling the warm breeze
    Watch the wind blow through the trees
    I close my eyes and and what I once saw is gone
    realizing the darkness has become dawn
    my feelings were real or it seemed
    but alas it was a dream
    As darkness turns to light
    my heart takes flight
