    DAY FOUR-NATIONAL PRAYER

    After watching the world,
    kneeling in prayer today.
    I found myself also,
    wanting to pray.

    A prayer for all those,
that will be getting the call.
    To defeat terrorism,
    once and for all!

    A prayer for those,
that have lost their loved ones.
    And a prayer for those,
that will be manning the guns.

A prayer for the loved ones,
    that will be left behind.
For our young men and women,
    sent to save all mankind.

    And last but not least,
a prayer to God up above.
that we'll once again be re-united,
    with those that we love.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
