Faith in Thyself

Faith in Thyself

" Faith In Thyself "

When the heart is broken,

 from lies that are told.

The mind is confused,

and tears start to flow.

But faith in thyself,

will come shining through.

Then your tears will be dried,

and your life renewed.

So don't  let it stay,

this pain in your heart.

Just pick yourself up,

and make a new start.

With faith in thyself,

this old love will fade.

Then no longer the tears,

you eyes will shade.

And someday a true love,

will come your way.

Then you will be happy,

the rest of your days.

Willy this is awesome, the flow is real as the spoken heart is speaks, 10...WS

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
