I'll See You Later
I didn't want you to goI was being selfish when I asked why did you leave.
Grandma brought pictures we gave you.
Mom asked why you didn't take them
Grandma said you don't need them anymore.
Everyone says for me to not think as it as a good-bye
But as a see you later.
I wanted you to be here for my graduation
I wanted to get better and for you to remember who I was
Now you know who I am now that you are up in heaven.
I dont want to say it
Because it will be saying good-bye
So it won't be said
I will always wear my cross around my neck to remember you
Now when I look up at the sky and the clouds
I'll know that you are there.
Even though it hurts that you won't be there physically at my graduation.
But will you walk me across the stage?
Or down the aisle at my wedding?
I want you there
Don't worry about our promises we will keep them later.
I love you my G.G.Grandma
You are always in my heart
I'll see you later
Just remember this isn't a good-bye
I can't say good-bye to you
It's not like me
I will always remember our times together
I will hold my baby blanket near
and my afcian that grandma made for you
That I will get soon
I will always have that scent of you house in my mind
The smell of you
The smell of your pies
I love you my G.G.Grandma
And I always will
No matter what you will always be in my heart
I will always hold you near.
