Just Another Day, Just Another Way

The memories, the stages of life when you was here

With you in existence there was nothing that I fear

I miss you ------- cant nobody replace you

I wish just one more time I could face you

No more crying days, the late nights are over

My lord said this cup too shall pass over

Inside I feel you, In my ear I hear you

In my hear I love you, again spiritually I’ll see you

In heaven would you save me a seat

Cause I know again we’ll meet

Just another day, just another way

At times you appear to have made me mad,

Most times with your smile you made me glad

A couple times unintentionally you made me sad

But I can honestly say the good things outweighed the bad

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
